This year’s convention marked a historic milestone with the introduction of the first-ever Legacy Award—a prestigious new recognition presented to Royal Crown Council Ambassador (RCCA) leaders and above who have successfully nurtured achievers within their teams. More than just an individual honour, the award celebrates the lasting impact of leadership, mentorship, and the ability to develop future generations of BE leaders.
From recognising outstanding achievements to celebrating transformational success stories, the convention reinforced that true success is measured not only by personal accomplishments, but also by the lives we inspire and the legacy we leave behind.
